  3. Return Guidelines: For a successful refund, the returned item must be in its original packaging and condition, accompanied by a valid receipt. Regrettably, if the item is not in its original packaging and condition, the return and refund application will be declined.
  4. Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs: Please note that we cannot cover the shipping charges for returns made due to personal reasons. We encourage you to make your purchasing decisions thoughtfully. Nevertheless, should the return be a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item received), we will gladly bear the return shipping costs.

  • However, if the damage is caused by the customer, such as improper use or mishandling, a replacement will still be possible, but an extra fee for the replacement will apply in such cases.

Order Modification or Cancellation

1. Order Cancellation:

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please submit an email request within 24 business hours BEFORE the shipment is sent out. We will do our best to accommodate your request during this timeframe.
  • However, once the product is in shipment, we regretfully cannot accept order cancellations or offer immediate refunds.

2. Shipping Locations:

  • Toyseverywhere.com primarily ships products to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. In most case, orders will be deliveryed during 10-15 days, sometime 15 - 25 days.
  • For shipments to the rest of the world, kindly contact us through the Contact Us page. Our logistics staff will assist you in arranging the logistics for your order.

3. Shipping Process:

  • The products you purchase from our store will be dispatched from our China Beijing Stock Exchange warehouse.
  • We do our best to process & ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 48 hours.
  • To ensure swift and secure delivery, we collaborate with major and trusted international carriers, ensuring your parcels reach their destination efficiently and safely.

1. Confirm:

  • After placing your order and making the payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • This email verifies the accuracy of the recipient's address and confirms that our store is preparing your purchase order.

2. Processing:

  • Once you confirm your order information, our warehouse team will process your order.
  • Our staff will carefully prepare your products for shipment and conduct quality inspections.
  • Normally, this process takes 2 - 3 working days. However, for certain handcrafted products, the processing time may extend up to 14 days as they are produced from scratch.

3. Shipping:

  • Our order processing system automatically matches the best distribution logistics based on product size, weight, and destination custom requirements.
  • If the order contains a "PO Box" in the street address, the system will review and determine whether the selected delivery logistics can accommodate this. If not, our customer service staff will promptly notify you to modify the address or cancel the order.
  • Please note the following delivery terms:
    • Orders with a total purchase value greater than $75 USD enjoy free shipping.
    • Estimated Arrival Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
    • During peak seasons (e.g., Mother's Day & Christmas), shipping may take an additional 3-4 Business days.
    • During Chinese Holiday seasons (e.g. Chinese New year & National Day), shipping may take an additional 5-7 Business days.
    • Each year, among all the shipments we handle, there's a 1% to 3% possibility that a shipment might be sent back or held. This could lead to additional charges like tariffs, customs taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, customs clearance service fees, and other similar costs. If your shipment faces this situation, rest assured. One of our service representatives will reach out to you through email. We'll collaborate to address the matter and make sure you're content with the outcome.
    • Due to customs policy, certain items such as glue, battery, wax, or pigment may not be included in the package.
    • International standard shipping time: 7-20 working days.

Order Tracking:

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email confirming your order details.
  • When your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your order number, carrier information, order placement date and time, shipment status, and package tracking numbers for shipped items.
  • To track your shipment's exact location, use the provided tracking number on the logistic service provider's website.
  • Please note that there might be a slight delay in viewing logistics information immediately after shipment.

4. Delivery:

  • Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number and shipment company website link.
  • You can also track your order on your Toyseverywhere.com user account.
  • In case of an unsuccessful delivery status, our logistic staff will directly assist you in tracking the shipment.
  • If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us immediately.
  • For any product-related issues, you have 15 days after receiving the shipment to contact our customer service team.
  • Our dedicated customer representatives will response to any concerns within 24 hours. However, overdue requests may not be accepted.
